  9. The ladies at Dirty's work were using an organic dandelion tea/cranberry juice/lemon juice concoction as a detox diet. It was claimed that you are supposed to lose five pounds in a week.

    The ladies all gave up before the end of the week because it wasn't "working". They didn't change the rest of their diet which I think defeats the purpose of a liquid fast.
