Day 075: This is what I look like in the morning
Naked. Wrapped in a blanket. Slouched over. Drinking coffee.
I am NOT a morning person. Some days, I don't even feel like getting dressed to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Clothes are now an essential wardrobe requirement for the first floor, as the front door is a giant pane of glass.
Today, I was too tired to slip on my PJs and instead, I covered myself with this blanket.
That's my favorite coffee cup, by the way; it's the Original Handwarmer mug.

this is actually a really beautiful self portrait. especially compared to what I look like in the morning. . . i may have to give the blogosphere a glimpse of that some day . . .

I have accidentally given my neighbors quite a show in the mornings. Just when I think it's safe to open the back door to let in the the dogs somebody opens their front door and oh, hello!
I've got to get me one of those mugs for fall/winter. I agree with rebecca. It is a really beautiful self portrait. Aside from the grim look on your face I wouldn't have known that it's first thing in the morning. :D
I felt like that today too. But no coffee.
I find that coffee is an essential part of any morning, whether it is a clothing-optional day or not.
do you set your camera on a tripod with the timer on? you take such amazing candid photos!

I use a gorillapod, which is like a flexible tripod. It's great because I can wrap the legs around most anything and secure my tiny camera to things like the vacuum, a stair railing, or a chair. For this photo, I placed it on the floor.
Once the camera is in place, I just set the timer, attempt to pose, and then see what happens!
